Wings 2 User Agreement

This agreement offers you the chance to play Wings 2 network games in public servers, and to use the Wings 2 forum and other services of this this web site. All rules of conduct apply both to the use of game servers and the Wings 2 web site.

You agree that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, threatening, or invasive of a person's privacy. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters etc. are also forbidden.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of this forum, any related websites to this forum, its staff, and its subsidiaries. The owners of this site also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any other related information collected on this service) in the event of a formal complaint or legal action arising from any situation caused by your use of the offered services. The server will record your IP address, which can be used to deny services of this site, or to contact your ISP in the event of major violation of this agreement.

You agree not to exploit any bug in the game which would give the user unintended benefits in network games, and to communicate existence of any such bugs only directly to game developers or administrators, as instructed in the web site. You agree to use any game server or web site functions only in the ways they are intended to.

You agree not to modify the game in any way or to use any other means to affect normal behavior of the program during network games, including altering network transmissions.

When using the Server announce function in Wings 2, you will give Wings 2 web site the right to publish information about your game settings and IP address, for other players to use for connecting to the server.

You agree not to play Wings 2 in any public servers except for those announced in the official Wings 2 web site, and not to provide such servers or server listings for others.

All functions of this site, such as the forum, file downloads and server listings, are accessible until further notice. They may be closed at any time or temporarily suspended for technical or other reasons.

Your email address will not be submitted to third parties if you choose to hide it, and it will not be used for marketing purposes.
